Tucked into a big outdoor patio just outside central Trapani, Pizzeria Stefy is one of those old-school, quietly excellent places that remind you why Sicily takes pizza so seriously. They’ve been here since 1976, and the wood-fired oven shows all that experience—our pizzas came out blistered, smoky, and perfectly textured. I had a prosciutto-and-parmesan pizza loaded with shaved cheese, fresh basil, and sweet roasted tomatoes. Simple, generous, and incredibly satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and well-balanced, with that unmistakable wood-oven flavor you just can’t fake. They’re only open for dinner (7:00–11:30 PM), so you’ll probably arrive to a line or a crowd gathering outside the tented seating area. But honestly—it’s worth the wait. Nearly all seating is outdoors (a mix of open-air and tent), but even in November the mild Sicilian evenings make it comfortable. Friendly service, great value, and excellent pizza. If you’re in Trapani and craving the real thing, Stefy should absolutely be on your list.

We had our first dinner this pizzeria and all dishes were so delicious. Owner of this pizzeria and his daughter and colleagues were also so kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great selection of tasty pizzas. Nice and attentive personnel. Good music and atmosphere that allows to enjoy summer evenings with a sea breeze. My personal favourite - pizza 4 formaggio. Classic limoncello at the end of dinner is a nice touch. I hope to get to eat there again when I am back in Trapani!

This place is amazing the best pizza I try in my life..we visit Trapani and we stoped every day to have pizza while staying there our favorite pizza is Albertos! Is a family business and they are all very nice and welcoming!!! The price is great and you would definitely be back once try them! They are addicting even the day we were tired we took to go!! If you want to eat delicious food- you should come here. Best eating experience in Sicily for our family We had Margarita and Parma pizzas, also steamed muscles with lemon, patatoes with mozzarella and oregano, pasta with salmon and salsicce

Absolutely wonderful! Many options for gluten free people, gluten free pizza was really good! Kind waitress and very good food, the best mussels I've tried in my life! Also I can recommend potatoes with mozzarella and salmone pasta!

Long overdue!!! The best food in Trapani. Tried it on the 2nd to last day of my trip back in June 2022. Wish we knew about this place earlier. The food is amazing, especially the seafood pizza (which we forgot to take a photo of), the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great too! The pasta tasted so good and the portion sizes are very generous!

Really tasty and affordable pizza, waitresses were nice. I definitely recommend this place for low budget dining. The atmosphere was quite chaotic and it felt more like in a pub, with easy tables set ups, definitely not as a fancy restaurant.
